ICT Education Support Program

Digital skills are essential for education, employment, and innovation. However, many students — especially girls in underserved communities — have limited access to quality ICT education.

Our ICT education support program in Ghana empowers young learners with practical computer skills, digital confidence, and exposure to technology that can shape their future. Volunteers play a key role in making digital learning accessible and engaging.

Your Role as an ICT Volunteer

As an ICT volunteer in Ghana, you will:

  • Teach basic computer skills (typing, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Introduce internet use, online safety, and digital literacy
  • Support beginner coding or simple tech activities
  • Assist teachers during ICT lessons
  • Help students gain confidence using computers
  • Create simple learning materials and exercises
  • Encourage problem-solving and critical thinking

Daily Activities

  • Morning: ICT lessons in schools or community centers
  • Afternoon: Practical sessions or student support
  • Evening: Free time or cultural experience
